Cancellation/Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Policy 1. No returns and exchanges are accepted. 2. All complaints with respect to the damaged products will be handled if you contact paulmackillip.com within 3 business days of delivery of the products. After this period has expired, the delivery products are deemed to have been found satisfactory and the delivery has been unconditionally accepted. 3. In order to receive a full credit for the damaged item, you need to send back the damaged merchandise and/or send a picture of the damaged good. Credit and replacements will be applied accordingly. Your account will be credited on the date we receive the returned product. 4. In any event the liability of paulmackillip.com resulting from the delivery of defective products will be limited to direct damages up to the price stipulated for the product in question. 5. Liability for indirect damages is excluded unless the damages are due to paulmackillip.com's will full intent or gross negligence. paulmackillip.com will not be liable in the event that the defect has been fully or partially caused by any improper and careless handling of the purchaser.
